Counseling:
Clients seeking mental health counseling will be pleased to learn that EVE Counseling & Coaching and Heidi W. Neuberg, MS, LPC, LRC is an in-network provider with most major insurance payers.
It is your responsibility to verify your insurance benefits, provider network status, deductible and co-payment, prior to your first appointment. Co-payments are collected at the time services are provided.
Coaching for Weight Loss or Eating Disorder Recovery:
Clients participating in Coaching services may select from the following options:
60-minute individual coaching $150
Package of three 60-minute individual coaching sessions: $425 ($25 savings)
Package of six 60-minute individual coaching sessions: $850 ($50 savings)
Success Habits for Weight Loss Surgery Patients: $1,200 (8 coaching sessions)
Back on Track for Weight Loss Surgery Patients: $1,200 (8 coaching sessions)
Intuitive Weight Loss (IWL™) $1,200 (8 coaching sessions)
