Individual Counseling: As a client of our counseling services you will partner with a professional therapist and open the door to discovering solutions to create a more positive and balanced way of living. Balancing your professional, personal, and emotional life requires patience, awareness and a willingness to uncover the obstacles to living a harmonious life. Our professional counselor uses strategies to increase empowerment, self-esteem, problem solving, goal setting, forgiveness, self-discovery, insight, and awareness.
Group Counseling: There are several groups available to help you find the mixture of support and strategies to resolve your concerns and live a happier life. We offer brief solution-focused groups as well as more traditional support groups.
